NERC 2007 Vendor Options (Exhibiting/Sponsorship) A. Vendor table. As an ABC member, you can purchase a 6' clothed table for $100 (non-member rate $200) that you or your staff may attend to. You may provide information on how you would like the display to look or leave it to our discretion. If you would like to enjoy the continental breakfast in the morning, lunch and the afternoon break the cost is $90.00. If you are interested in display only please complete a registration form, mark it "display only" and fax it back. Set up must be completed by 11:00 on the day of the conference. B. Sponsorship. We have our morning continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon break which are sponsored. The morning breakfast and afternoon break are $250.00, lunch is $500. The company name will be listed in the handout as a sponsor, your name will be mentioned throughout the day, signage will be provided on the buffet table and your information included in the take home bags. As an ABC member, you will also receive a 6' table. C. Booth in a Bag. Any product or information you would like to have included in the take home bag only. $50 for members, $100 for non members. Plan for 75 -100 participants with your handout material. A final count will be provided to you after late registration is completed.
