My advice to newly engaged couples would be to find a banquet facility that has a caring and interested Banquet Manager. If you feel comfortable with that person, and you can detect a sense of enthusiasm about your wedding, you will surely be catered to with more attention to detail, than someone who only sees the dollar amount involved. Lets face it, no one wants to be treated as a number. Have a good rapport with the person in charge,and they will take more care in doing their job effectively!
