Wedding Road Show VIP Experience contest kicks off new wedding season in the LBI region
The Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce invites brides-to-be to take part in the premiere wedding event being held at the New Jersey Shore on April 18, 2010 and to enter at NJWedding.com for a chance to win the VIP Experience now!

LONG BEACH ISLAND , NJ - Last year, the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce launched the Wedding Road Show on LBI to showcase the Long Beach Island Region of the Jersey Shore as a premiere wedding destination. Through a series of open houses, demonstrations, and gourmet tasting the members of Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce put on a wedding show like no other. Modeled after the wedding fairs of the United Kingdom, the brides and members of the bridal industry that attended were able to tour the elegant banquet halls, accommodations, restaurants, salons, photographer's galleries, and other services, while meeting with management to discuss their needs first hand and earning chances to win fabulous prizes along they way.

This year it gets even better, this self guided (own transportation needed) Wedding Road Show is even more spectacular, with more excitement packed into a dozen locations. Brides along with their grooms, families, or wedding party will once again have an opportunity to experience all the benefits of holding a Destination Wedding within the popular Long Beach Island resort area. This year’s grand prize features an April 2011 LBI Dream Wedding Prize Package valued close to $15,000 which includes Wedding Ceremony/Reception Site at Brant Beach Yacht Club, Wedding Photography & Proof Book Package by Ann Coen Photography, Wedding Story Video and Edit Package by J&S Video, Wedding Floral Package by Camille’s Floral Design, Cocktail Reception Menu (with booking of Classic Menu Reception) Taste Catering/The Boat House.

Every bride who takes part in the Wedding Road Show gets the royal treatment, but only one will be the VIP. Last year, Kathleen Schmeelck was stuck in traffic on her way home from work when she received the call from Erik Kent, Co-Publisher of NJWedding.com that she was the winner of the VIP Contest Experience package. NJWedding.com is the popular statewide online wedding resource for NY, NJ and PA and as a media sponsor for the event, will again be running the pre-registration contest from November 2009 until the beginning of April 2010. The VIP Contest Experience will allow the winner to turn this self guided wedding planning event into a first class luxury experience.
