Fee Structure

• 'Full Planning' (12 months) $4,500.00 • 'Partial Planning' (six months of planning). Includes 'Day of Coordination.' $1,800.00 • 'Day of Coordination,' Meeting 8 - 10 weeks to start the process of 6 weeks of planning). 'Day of' fees start @ $800. We will provide you with a list of additional duties for each service upon request. We do not accept credit cards at this time. We require an initial deposit (usually a third) and offer payment options. If you prefer to have us only plan a specific part, i.e., Rehearsal Dinner or After-Wedding Brunch (for example) we would charge an individual fee for just those services.

Beardsley Events, LLC are dedicated professionals building good and satisfying relationships with our clientele. We are committed to managing the moments of your wedding day. Each Wedding Professional that you select must share one very specific quality: your optimal comfort level.

We opened in 2006 initially as a Company that distributes supplies and décor for the Wedding/Event Industry. In early 2007 we expanded to add Wedding and Event Planning to its services. Jerry Arduino, owner of Beardsley Events holds a certification as an International Event and Wedding Planning Professional (IEWP).

With our flawless execution and keen eye for details, we’ll ensure that your vision takes shape with minimum stress. Whatever part of the process you need help with nothing is too small or too big for our team of experts to plan your:

• Engagement party
• Bridal shower
• Rehearsal dinner
• After-Wedding Brunch for those who attend from out of town

Here are services we specialize in:

• 'Full Service Planning' - (We create a stress free environment!) With our attention to detail and calm approach it couldn’t get any easier. From start to finish we’ll handle EVERYTHING, working with you to develop your vision and theme, create and manage a budget, select a venue and book vendors.

• 'Partial Planning' (six months of planning). We'll work with you to assess your needs, and then fill in wherever needed. Recommendations of suitable Professionals (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, officiant, photographer, videographer, musicians, etc.) and working with existing vendors to define responsibilities, create a Timeline for the day, and coordinate logistics. This will include being there the day of as well!

• 'Day of Coordination,' (with 4 - 6 weeks of planning) We will meet up 8 - 10 weeks prior to the wedding day to oversee the details. Usually one to two meetings are needed to go through the itinerary, make a site visit to the venue, and what has been discussed with vendors. A detailed Timeline will be created for the day. We would meet up with you long before the day of to thoroughly explain and we would be on hand all day to see things go smoothly overseeing the set-up!
