When you hear the expression save the best for last, it's true for my fiance and I to describe the final tasting to select a caterer for our wedding at the Camden County Boathouse coming this spring! Called Alan to set up a time for a tasting and he could not have been more accommodating! We were able to take a peak into the room to see the set up and met some his staff. Can't say enough about how professional and nice they all were! But hands down the food and presentation was amazing. Still talking about how delicious the food was! After all the tastings, we went to them all, first bit my fiance said this is it! Excited to meet soon to finalize the plans for our wedding soon!

From the very beginning Alan was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns.. and I had a lot! He was very professional and You could tell he knew what he was doing. When we went to finally coordinate our party Alan was awesome, he had a timeline of events already coordinated and came up with great ideas to add to the party! Once our wedding day came I had no regrets of choosing Ultimate to cater, I believe Joe was our maitre'd and he was excellent, always asking if my husband or I needed anything! The staff was friendly and very hardworking! My guests loved the food, especially the cookies!! I would definitely choose Ultimate Caterer for any future events and you should too! My fiancé and I started planning our wedding last year and found that many caterers offered the same “typical” boring wedding packages. A friend from work recommended Ultimate Caterer and we can never thank her enough. Boring went out the window and we had an amazing, delicious menu. It was so hard to select our passed hors d’oeuvres since there were so many amazing choices like brie and raspberry wrapped in phyllo and Caribbean salmon skewers. We chose some more casual, fun stations like a “make your own taco bar” and a “slider station”. They were soooo good! The stations were decorated beautifully and it was organized so well that there was never any congestion for my guests to get food. Our desserts were great….the servers walked around with trays of hot cookies and milk shots and cheesecake lollipops that were easy for our guests to eat while they were dancing. It was a total success….thanks Alan!!!

Alan and Ultimate are the best! My wife and I visited several caterers before deciding on Ultimate. Their tasting blew us away! Ultimate takes care of everything! We were able to arrange all of our tables, chairs and linens through them. Plus, they helped us organize a timeline of the entire night....the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
The day was perfect. The room looked gorgeous and the food was delicious. Alan even threw in a few extra hors d'oeuvres for our guests. Their salmon is unbelievable! Our family and friends all commented on how great the food was. The desserts were amazing. We had a make your own smore's bar which was a huge highlight. We can't say enough about Ultimate Caterer. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends who are planning a wedding!

Ultimate Caterer catered my wedding and did a fantastic job. We chose the Never Ending cocktail party which is passed hors d'oeuvres for the entire night. Since all our friends always rave about the appetizers we decided that this would be the perfect style of party for our wedding. Not only are there unique choices such as pasta served in chinese take out containers, but mini sliders and soupalini in mini cups. The servers never stopped coming around with new trays of food....and the trays were so cool. Alan uses clocks and books and crazy cool trays. Our guests thought it was amazing.
Alan helped us with the ceremony, liquor, linens and floor plans. He took care of everything for us. The servers and bartenders were great. We are so thankful for Ultimate making our wedding a dream come true!!!

We hired Ultimate Caterers to cater our wedding and could not be more thrilled that we did. Alan was great throughout the entire planning process. He met with us a few months before the wedding and helped us choose our dream menu. He arranged floor plans for us and walked us through the schedule of the entire night. Ultimate handled not only the food but linens, gorgeous ballroom chairs and all the china and stemware.
His staff arrived at the wedding and set everything up beautifully. The cocktail hour was amazing. He made all the displays look really cool and unique. The hors d'oeuvres were unbelievable....everyone commented on how delicious they were. We opted for a station wedding and all of our selections were fantastic. There were never any lines and my guests had so much food to eat. One of my favorite things were the strolling desserts. Waiters walked around with trays of HOT cookies and milk shots....they smelled amazing and everyone LOVED them!

Alan and team are amazing. Ultimate catered our at home wedding this year, they are truly a one stop shop. They have relationships with vendors for anything you might need. They are a very professional group and execute very well. They are very attentive to all the guests and truly set up a spectacular venue. AND the food is awesome. Alan was extremely helpful and worked with us on all the little details we requested changed. The tasting was brilliant- and gave us a lot of excitement for the wedding itself! All the staff was brilliant- the displays and arrangements were great. The food was as we requested- the steak was good and NOT OVER COOKED PRAISE JESUS HALLELUJAH. Very much a "set it and forget it" vendor- directions were given- decisions made and that was it- and it was great. I knew I was safe and if there was an issue -it would be handled. I didn't have to worry once about the quality of service and was deeply pleased with our choice to have our wedding there and served by the Ultimate Caterers. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again if I needed an event catered. I honestly had a great time and I had many compliments on beautiful venue and the amazing food. I couldn't have had a better event. Thank you so much for a beautiful wedding!!!

We planned our wedding in a unique way. First we found the caterer then we found the venue. We knew we wanted to get married in a different venue and we wanted a cocktail style reception. People A few days after emailing Ultimate for more information we were invited to a tasting. We were immediately sold. The food at the tasting was amazing. Alan was awesome. We sat down with Alan a few weeks before the wedding to go over details. The checklist was overwhelming but worth it! The day of the wedding things went so smoothly. We asked to have a table with wine and beer for our guests to pick up as they entered the reception which everyone loved. People raved about the food! Our maitre d was fantastic and made sure we were taken care of the whole night. Ultimate also made sure to pack up all of our things so that we just needed to pick things up the next day. I would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I cannot thank Alan Perl and Ultimate Caterers enough for their excellent service, planning and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the beginning Alan was there to answer all of my questions and work around any specials needs that we had. Ultimate Caterers handled all of the logistics and set-up for the event seamlessly, these are people you want in your corner on your big day! My guests have gone out of their way to mention how delicious the food was and how exceptional the service was during the event, people are still raving about the brisket and salmon! Ultimate Caterers handled the bar for our reception, and there was hardly ever a line! In short, I could not be happier with my choice to go with Ultimate Caterers for our wedding, the pricing was right (affordable), the food was EXCELLENT, and the service was above and beyond what we could have expected.

I had a party over the fourth of July weekend that was catered by Ultimate Caterers. The food was amazing. It was prepared by a gourmet chef. The food was delicious. The shrimp were the biggest I have ever seen. The desserts were fantastic from the cookies and milk to the root beer floats. I received too many calls the next day to tell me how fantastic the party was. The manager kept everything perfect and the bartender turned out to be the centerpiece of the party. I give them my highestcannot recommend them more highly and I will never use a caterer other than Ultimate.

The day went seamlessly. I was, naturally, nervous about all of the details and needs being communicated between all vendors prior to the event. However, I spent no time at all worried or running around hectic to control everything. All the vendors worked together extremely well- Alan was very communicative and took control which allowed us to completely enjoy the day. I really appreciated the personal attention and touches- such as being provided drinks and food throughout the day without seeking them out. My mom also commented on how thoughtful it was that she was brought food and encouraged to relax and enjoy.
I received countless, almost constant compliments on everything from the service, to the decor, to the food, and especially the air conditioners.
The day was an absolute dream, my guests had a great time, and ultimate caterer provided excellent communication, service, and food/drinks.
