Located in Deptford Township, NJ, Auletto Caterers is a family owned venue that can offer a wedding exactly what it needs. Established in 1945, this historic venue has stunning views of the Almonesson Lake. Also, the space features two acres of gardens along with multiple spaces for a reception or ceremony can take place in. Furthermore, Auletto even hosts bridal shows for vendors twice a year! Auletto Caterers provides two different outside ceremony spaces. From April to November, couples can exchange vows outdoors with a gorgeous garden background! First, the Terrace Garden features a tented area for couples to say "I do." This area includes a brick terrace that overlooks gardens, a patio area, and the Almonesson Lake. In addition, the Sunset Garden is also a breathtaking tented area open year-round for portrait sessions.
Above all, a couple never has to worry if its too cold out for a garden wedding! Auletto Caterers offers indoor ceremony and receptions spaces that are to die for!
Auletto features an indoor chapel like setting with wide windows to show off the amazing view of the Almonesson Lake. These windows have a panoramic view of the lake that bring in tons of natural lighting...perfect for picture-taking! Once vows are complete, the party can move into the vintage wine cellar for cocktail hour. Here, the cellar has over 300 classic wines from world renowned vineyards.
Then, cocktail hour seamlessly flows into the reception to be held in one of three spaces at Auletto Caterers. First, the stunning Terrace Room can fit 65-150 guests. In addition, the room has peeked ceilings and a large dance floor overlooking the lake. If a couple needs a more spacious reception area, the Ballroom at Auletto Caterers can fit up 125-250 guests. If a couple needs room for a large party, the Ballroom and banquet hall can be combined. All of these rooms include gardens, ceremony areas, wine cellars, bars, bathrooms and a bridal room. The Ballroom can be customized with signature up-lighting for any theme.
From brunch to a sit-down dinner, Auletto Caterers has a menu customized to that time of day that is sure to please! No matter the menu, any special dietary needs and allergies can be accommodated. The most popular menus at Auletto are the Cocktail Reception, the Brunch Menu and the Luncheon Buffet. All of these come with a delicious wedding cake made by Termini Brothers Bakery. Cakes can be customized for every wedding, ensuring that couples consistently get a taste of what they want!
Next, the Brunch Menu offers many delicious options to feed any crowd! On top of two salads and a fruit salad, guests will have choices from an omelette station, hand carved meat station, and an assortment of breakfast pastries and hors d'oeuvres. There are additional add-ons to this menu which include a crepe station with fruit toppings and more sweets! Included in this menu is a champagne toast to send the couple off into their new lives together.
(We are, too!). The Luncheon buffet will have guests' mouths watering just while reading the menu! With the choice of a beef, seafood, pasta or vegetable entree, there is no plate that cannot be filled. In addition, this menu comes with an antipasto salad bar that includes field greens, fresh fruit, poached salmon, and roasted duck. The assortment of finger pastries that will sit on every table will satisfy everyone's sweet tooth.
Last, but certainly not least, the Wedding Cocktail Reception option is one of the most exclusive menus available at Auletto's. Only served on Friday or Sunday, this legendary menu comes with a wide selection of the top wines from the venue's cellar. Stations of hot hors d'oeuvres make up the majority of the menu, with options ranging from quail legs to tofu skewers. This menu can also have a stir fry station, pasta station, and a hand carving station.
Ready to see some real weddings at such a beautiful venue like Auletto? First up, in 2018, Chelsea and Vinnie took advantage of the Terrace Garden and Sunset Garden for breathtaking photography. The romantic atmosphere of the outdoor ceremony truly wowed the guests before the bride and groom were married at the altar. Not all weddings are lucky enough to have natural sunlight lighting, however, Auletto's outdoor spaces make this possible! Overall, this duo had a picture-perfect ceremony with Auletto caterers wedding photos.
Some couples prefer a quiet reception with a traditional cake, but not Fawn and Matt, whose wedding celebration had all the dancing and laughter throughout the night. Their reception, hosted within the ballroom, had all of their guest's on their feet! Throughout the Ballroom, green up-lighting tied in their unique and colorful peacock theme. Friends and family quickly filled the expansive dance floor, showing off their best dance moves to classic wedding hits and current bops! Above all, the room as grand as the Ballroom made for a perfect backdrop for Auletto caterers wedding photos.
Wedding cakes can be a hit or miss, but with Termini Brothers Bakery, you can rest assured that cakes are always out of this world! For example, Hassie and Martin's had a one-of-a-kind cake customized to their liking. A dragon cake topper adorned the unique three-tiered cake that also had intricate piping to make it both mystical and romantic. The couple adored their custom cake as well as the attention to detail the bakery put into it. The cake not only tasted amazing but was perfect for smashing into Hassie's face,but not to worry her makeup was still flawless after!
