Award Winning LBI Wedding Road Show and Tour set for Sunday, April 23rd

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of putting "Destination" in a generation of weddings and special events, the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce unveils plans for their complimentary Sunday self-guided tour

Hitting the road for wedding and milestone event planning has introduced new visitors and decision makers to the Long Beach Island region for 15 years, The Wedding Road Show proved it had what it takes to win recognition from across the state during the NJ Tourism Excellence Award and making the Love it List from NJ Bride. Changing the way Destination events are marketed throughout New Jersey, the Wedding Road Show & Party Planning Tour has put Long Beach Island on the map as host for brides and grooms from across the country.

Taking place Sunday, April 23, 2023, the 15th year will be kicking things off with morning refreshments as we welcome attendees beginning at 9am at the Mainland on Rt 72 Manahawkin. Those who have registered will be provided with information on how to use the easy Wedding Road Show mobile platform to check in at the various locations which will be open for the self-guided tour from 10am to 4pm. This year Brant Beach Yacht Club, Beach Haven Marlin & Tuna Club, Terrace Tavern and the Sea Shell Resort & Beach Club will be showcase venues that will be filled with professional party services, as well as offering property tours, food, beverages and prizes. Tour only stops that will have colleterial, tours and other surprises include Daddy O, The Gables, LBI Foundation of Arts & Sciences, Station 117, Surf City Yacht Club, Tuckers Tavern and Hotel LBI. Registered attendees who check-in on Sunday, April 23, 2023, are entered to win the Grand Prize provided by the Sea Shell Resort & Beach Club. The prize includes an overnight stay at their oceanfront resort, dinner for two on their private beach with a curated menu, and wine pairing, other prizes will also be awarded.
