Ralph DePiro Photography

I'm Ralph, the owner and head photographer at Ralph DePiro Photography. I'm an award winning wedding photographer. primarily based in northern New Jersey. My interest in photography initially began with shooting a variety of sports in high school. However, it wasn't until I purchased my first professional DSLR that my hobby eventually turned into one of my passions which really sparked it as a career path. That passion then grew into an infatuation while doing photography for my aunt's wedding. I remember how I felt knowing I was responsible for capturing those moments that she would look back on for the rest of her life. To this day, I captured 1 of, if not my all-time favorite photo I have ever taken. That rush, that feeling, combined with the atmosphere, excitement, and emotions of a wedding day made me realize this was a path I wanted to continue on. 

I have since spent the last 5 years as a wedding photographer shooting over 300+ weddings and working my hardest to continue to grow my skills and really capture those once in a lifetime moments in their purest form.  I’m not here to just show up with a camera and shoot, I want to be more than that for you. Not some posed, fake, unrealistic version of who you are, anyone can do that. Being yourself is everything. I like to tell those stories that haven’t been told, and ultimately make it stress free when wedding planning. Taking the pictures is one thing, but at the end of the day the real goal here is to make sure you’re excited, that you can be yourself around me, and most importantly, that you are having fun. 

I mean come on, weddings are always fun!
