Dana was patient while we changed our mind a few times and finally picked our engagement ring that is truly all we hoped for. She listened and brought so many great suggestions to us, communicated on timing and made it a personal experience where we felt like we ended up as a friend not just customer. I went to Roman Jewelers...
I was shopping for an engagement ring for a while. I went to Roman Jewelers where I met Priscilla who was so detailed and really took time to help pick the perfect ring. She went into details about the quality of diamonds, types of metals, insurance, sizing, adequate wedding bands for the engagement ring and my wedding band. I could not ask for a better complete deal.
Had my diamond reset into a new wedding band...
My husband and I had my diamond reset into a new wedding band. It was beautiful. A few years later I moved to Florida and one of the small diamonds fell out. I took it to a jewelry store here and they didn’t want to fix it as they said the prongs were not right. I contacted Roman Jewelers and sent it by mail back to them. When they received it they looked at it and said it did not live up to their quality standards and ended up resetting my diamond into a better ring. I felt like they took the extra step and instead of just fixing something that wasn’t done right, they went ahead and made good by trading it for a better one.
