EXQUISITE EVENT is a premier New Jersey based, full-service wedding and event planning company.  Inspired by passion for elegant design and love for planning, EXQUISITE EVENT is dedicated to helping Brides create the wedding of their dreams.  In 2021, I fully designed my own wedding; which is being featured in Manhattan Bride Magazine and described by many in attendance as "the most beautiful wedding they had ever experienced."  As a first-time, older bride of color, I looked into every venue and vendor in the area and was left with the feeling that I was "invited" but not quite "welcomed."  I had a very clear vision of my event, but it seemed many of the venues and vendors doubted my ability to commit and were unenthusiastically accommodating.  It was then that I wished I had someone truly dedicated to helping me navigate through this process that I waited my whole life to experience. When I turned to the bridal forums, I realized I was not alone.  I was not the only one that needed to find a dress designer that would work to compliment my unique full figured body type. So many brides were looking for support in finding a venue that reflected class and sophistication.  Help in finding a live band or DJ that played music that would represent "us," and a photographer that could skillfully capture the different hues of a diverse wedding party. I decided then, that I would be that help. That I would serve as a dedicated guide to help others navigate this daunting task and help them to create and execute the event of their dreams.
