Beautiful venue & excellent service
We cannot say enough great things about how excellent the venue manager, Scott, and his staff were for us on our wedding day. Scott and his team covered every single detail and delivered exceptional service to us and our guests. From the very beginning, Scott was so friendly, accommodating, thoughtful, professional, and thorough. The day of the wedding, Scott, his team partner Abby, and his staff were absolutely phenomenal - they were so attentive to us and our guests. I haven't even mentioned the venue yet! Stunning. beautiful. Simply amazing... it's humble, yet elegant and truly beautiful. It's not overly ornate or over-the-top. The best way to describe it is, it feels like home. Our guests felt welcome from the second they walked into the back area for the ceremony and they would not stop raving about how wonderful the staff's service was... and the food! the food - so, so good!
We fell in love with The Sherwood Room and the beautiful scenery surrounding it.
My husband and I were on the hunt for an affordable but beautiful venue we looked everywhere and most places didn't meet our expectations. As soon as we went to Forest Lodge we absolutely fell in love with The Sherwood Room and the beautiful scenery surrounding it. We instantly booked with them in August of 2016 and had our wedding only THREE MONTHS later! With very limited time Linda and her staff helped us throw the most beautiful wedding all the while keeping us cool, calm and collected! We love the Forest Lodge staff and the Sherwood Room so much and would recommend it to everyone!
People Are STILL Talking About It!
I can't even begin to describe how perfect everything went on my wedding day. Since the very beginning Linda and Forest Lodge worked with me and made suggestions with all of her expertise, I opted to take a slightly different route and have an outdoor ceremony in December. Linda helped to make anything i asked of her happen. She did this with efficiency and enthusiasm. The Forest Lodge crew was there every time I turned around during the reception to make sure my drink was full or to see if i needed anything else. People are STILL talking about how incredibly delicious the food was! I've been trying to figure out what the next event I could have at Forest Lodge is! I can't wait to see all the helpful workers and eat more of that incredible food!!! Forest Lodge makes the whole "wedding process" much easier and less stressful for everybody involved, I'm not sure what i would have done without them!
They Made Us Feel Like Family...
Marci and Linda made our day feel like it was on the top of their list. From planning to the day of we were made to feel extremely important. They would answer any question we had and were extremely knowledgeable. We were having some major family issues and the two of them were there to listen to everything and just kept reassuring us that this is our wedding and it's what we want. They made us feel like family, not a client.

I can not explain how happy I am that my wedding turned out perfectly. Marci and Linda did an amazing job and were on top of everything. They made sure we had our dinner and also enjoyed ourselves as well. They truly care about the weddings they are dealing with and really want the bride and groom to be happy! I'm so happy that my special day is something I will remember forever with great memories. The Forest Lodge is a beautiful hall and the food is absolutely amazing.
