Amy has been a fitness professional for over 18 years, having taught over 6,000 group exercise classes including all levels of step, double step, resistance training, hi/lo, kickboxing, slide, Kettlebell™, boot camp, Bosu™, Core Board™ and many more.
Amy participated in volleyball, basketball, and softball where she won many awards as a high school and college star athlete. Her career began in New Jersey at a small gym where she evolved into an extremely talented instructor eventually being coined as “the instructor’s instructor.”
