Lisa and Brandon's Engagement Session

This engagement session was a long time coming.  After rescheduling twice, we finally nailed it on the third try.  Jessah and I were running a bit late because of crazy traffic, and Lisa and Brandon were a bit behind because of finalizing some makeup.  It was touch and go, but by the time we met, I think we were all amped to get this show on the road. 

Patience paid off, because they looked stunning.  The sun was peering through the wooded park, with a golden hour that was to die for.  The field is in Jersey City, and the overlook to the city has everything you could possibly desire.  The views at this park are out of this world, and we only had a chance to take advantage of but a portion of it.

Lisa and Brandon were just casual and fun.  Tons of laughing and joking, which I think breaks the tension for everyone.  Jessah and I are always concerned with trying to provide a good session with good photos and good videos, and Lisa and Brandon knocked it out of the park.   

Prompts were practically not needed.  You could see they like to kid around and banter with each other, but they truly love each other.  What a gorgeous couple, with gorgeous views.  I can't wait to return to this park and shoot at some of the other locations there.
