The Wedding Chapel at Historic Allaire Village | Farmingdale, NJ

Simple in its beauty and understated elegance, the Chapel in the Historic Village of Allaire has become one of the most popular wedding spots at the Jersey shore. For nearly two hundred years, this early 19th century church, listed on the National Register of Historic Sites, has played host to thousands of weddings, including that of Thomas Andrews and his betrothed, Maria Haggerty Allaire, James P. Allaires own daughter. The Chapel, decorated in period colors with rich beige walls and white trim, light oak flooring and pews and just a hint of blue on the altar, sets a neutral backdrop that compliments any brides color scheme. The pristine setting of Allaire State Park and the Historic Village of Allaire make the perfect setting for wedding photos as well. Climate controlled and ADA compliant with a ramp for those who might be physically challenged, the Chapel is available for weddings, christenings and baptisms, memorial and church services. For more information, please contact the Wedding Coordinator Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at (732) 919-3500 and let the Historic Village of Allaire help to make your Special Day a much more memorable one. Costumed interpreters in period dress will be on hand to host your wedding and see to any special needs or requirements that you or your guests may have.
