All of our base wedding & event packages Include: 

A virtual or phone consultation, 1 photographer (upgrade to two available), 1 location with liability insurance (option to upgrade available), travel up to 55 miles, unlimited digital images taken, basic editing & post production time (image culling, color, exposure, cropping), virtual proofing gallery with password for 60 days  , limited gallery phone app for 60 days and an online image print & gift boutique 

 Available upgrades include: 

Additional hour (includes coverage hour and additional basic editing time for photos taken during that hour), 2nd photographer,  additional travel, video montage with stills, video clips and music overlay (only available with second photographer option), albums, artisan made gifts, prints, wall art, full high resolution gallery download with USB, storage box, printing and electronic use rights

Test out our creative chemistry with a mini engagement session 

“Try it Before You Buy It” engagement sessions are offered to every newly engaged couple to see if we are a good fit. Its kind of like the "first date" without committing to the "wedding day". The session includes a 15 minute mini session, basic editing and an online proof gallery for 30 days with the option to purchase prints and more. The session fee, post production editing time and gallery hosting fees are waived, however, the non-refundable reservation fee of $25 is required for the time slot. Sessions are limited to specific times and locations. Early reservation for these sessions are highly recommended. Sessions are subject to availability. Contact us for the current session schedule.

FAQs

All of our packages can be customized with service, digital or bundle upgrades for your specific needs. Complimentary engagement sessions are offered to every newly engaged couple to try out our creative chemistry. The session fee is waived for clients who decide to book with us. Sessions are limited to specific locations and dates and are subject to a $25 reservation fee. Early reservation for these sessions is highly recommended. Sessions are subject to availability.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You request a quote

2. We setup your consultation and discuss the details

3. You receive the contract, invoice. 

4. For events you pay the non-refundable retainer fee to reserve the date OR pay a separate reservation fee to hold your date and choose your package at a later date. All events are to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. 

5. We prefer to contact vendors including your venue to provide necessary insurance certificates, itineraries and any behind the scenes details essential to your event. 

6. We then cover all aspects of your event/session specific to your contract. 

7. We then do basic editing on the images such as color, exposure and cropping. Still image editing averages from 30-90 days. 

8. Images are then uploaded to your personal online album. Images are available to share and to order prints. 

9. Once you select your favorites, we then create prints, albums, etc. according to what is included in your custom package and then ship them right to you. Albums and prints vary in time from production to shipping. Prints usually take a few weeks, whereas albums can take as much as 90 days once the design has been approved by you.

We love every photo session and event that we do. They all stand out as we put our all into every event and photo session.

Ask about their experience. Look into reviews, try them out if you can first. Example we do free engagements for couples who book with us and affordable mini portrait sessions for those not ready to book their event but still want to try us out. 

•  Are they available for your date? Call us! 
• Do you they have the required insurance and do they meet the vendor requirements for all the locations you are going to? We do! 
• Are any permits or location fees required? If so, who pays and what is the deadline? Permits and location fees are between you and the venue or location.
• What is included and not included in pricing? We keep it all up front. Every event package includes at least 1 photographer, unlimited digital images, one location with insurance certificate, travel mileage, basic editing, online album and limited phone app. Other upgrades are available.
• How long have they been in business and how much experience do they have? We have over 25 years experience!
• How long is production? (Example: when are proofs, prints and albums ready) Varies anywhere from 14 days to 4 months. 
• What is the emergency pandemic plan in relation to refunds, Cancellation, setting new date? We have a non-refundable retainer clause, we do provide opportunity to move your date if it is available. Our team maintains safe protocols but we do not guarantee that our team is vaccinated in order to protect their religious and healthcare rights under HIPPA.  We do offer health & safety assurance options. We also now offer for 2022 a non-refundable reservation fee option to hold your date. If you choose this option, it is a separate fee from your package. It allows you to choose and pay for a package at a later date, up to 30 days prior to the event. Please note this fee is NOT included in your package but is a separate fee for reservation only. 
• Be sure to understand what is in their contract prior to signing. Specifically regarding what is included in the rate, whether there is a backup photographer or a refund in case of emergency or cancellation. Call us to setup and review your contract today!
