“Try it Before You Buy It” engagement sessions are offered to every newly engaged couple to see if we are a good fit. Its kind of like the "first date" without committing to the "wedding day". The session includes a 15 minute mini session, basic editing and an online proof gallery for 30 days with the option to purchase prints and more. The session fee, post production editing time and gallery hosting fees are waived, however, the non-refundable reservation fee of $25 is required for the time slot. Sessions are limited to specific times and locations. Early reservation for these sessions are highly recommended. Sessions are subject to availability. Contact us for the current session schedule.
All of our packages can be customized with service, digital or bundle upgrades for your specific needs. Complimentary engagement sessions are offered to every newly engaged couple to try out our creative chemistry. The session fee is waived for clients who decide to book with us. Sessions are limited to specific locations and dates and are subject to a $25 reservation fee. Early reservation for these sessions is highly recommended. Sessions are subject to availability.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You request a quote
2. We setup your consultation and discuss the details
3. You receive the contract, invoice.
4. For events you pay the non-refundable retainer fee to reserve the date OR pay a separate reservation fee to hold your date and choose your package at a later date. All events are to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
5. We prefer to contact vendors including your venue to provide necessary insurance certificates, itineraries and any behind the scenes details essential to your event.
6. We then cover all aspects of your event/session specific to your contract.
7. We then do basic editing on the images such as color, exposure and cropping. Still image editing averages from 30-90 days.
8. Images are then uploaded to your personal online album. Images are available to share and to order prints.
9. Once you select your favorites, we then create prints, albums, etc. according to what is included in your custom package and then ship them right to you. Albums and prints vary in time from production to shipping. Prints usually take a few weeks, whereas albums can take as much as 90 days once the design has been approved by you.

Erin was amazing on my day. May 15 2021.
She was punctual professional and very funny with a sense of humor we both enjoyed. She knew what style of photography we wanted and she delivered. We received over 600 shots in 4 days so YES she DELIVERS and we were in awe of what we saw. I just cant stop looking at them. She photographs EVERYTHING very DETAILED its AMAZING.Her assistant was also very comforting and amazing as well. Her shots was truly amazing. She was amazing at keeping my FH calm from anxiety and nervousness as I arrived. She talked us through and controlled the situation PERFECTLY. She captured my fiance's reaction to me which was extremely important and we could not have happier. I've shared a few photos of the hundreds we loved just to give examples Thanks Erin From Mr and Mrs Catterson.
